Meeting on 14th November (sunday)

In the meeting held on Sunday, the committee members present, agreed that we conduct another door-to –door survey on all residents for GUARDED COMMUNITY with three(3) patrolling guards as a start and deadline targeted to complete survey by 28 Nov 2010 for implementation tentatively by mid of December 2010 citing the increasing cases of theft and robberies since authorities requires at least 80% approval from residents for GATED COMMUNITY.

Same day about 6:00am(morning), three robbers of very dark complexion broke into one of our committee member's house. They demanded for cash or they will harm the two children with their razor sharped "parang". The owner suffered a slash on his back despite putting up no struggle or retaliation against the robber's command. The robbers escaped with his Honda Civic car, safe box, all handphones, laptops and other valuable items. Please refer to the "Report a Break in" comment for more details.

A Note From the PRESIDENT

THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE IN GROWING IMMENSE CONCERN OF THE SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY. I PLEAD TO ALL BLOGGERS TO CONVEY OUR MESSAGE TO YOUR IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURS OR ANYONE YOU KNOW IN THIS COMMUNITY OF THE THREATENING AND UNSAFE SITUATION AT OUR COMMUNITY NOW AND URGE THOSE WHO HAD REJECTED OUR PROPOSAL TO INTRODUCE GATED SECURITY TO REVOKE THEIR DECISION AND GIVE US THE SUPPORT OF OUR GOODWILL TO PROVIDE OUR OFFER. OUR RECENT DOOR-TO-DOOR SURVEY HAD SHOWN THAT SHOULD WE BE ABLE TO CAPTURE ALL THE SUPPORT FROM EVERY HOUSEOWNER, WE WOULD ONLY HAVE TO BEAR WITH A LOW AND AFFORDABLE FEE OF LESS THAN RM40.00 PER MONTH FOR EXTRA SECURITY. THANK YOU

TEOHBK
